So a service rep has asked if you can provide the serial number of your Level 2 ZEFNET charger. But where can you find it?
Easy!
The serial number starts with "HC1C" and is on a label on the side of the charger, indicated in the image below. You may need to unfurl the cable to see the label clearly. Be sure to check both sides, sometimes there are two labels on a charger.
Note: If the charger is mounted to a pedestal, there may be two chargers (a charger is a box that has 1 plug coming out of it), so be sure to check both chargers bolted to the pedestal and get their serial numbers.
